The mighty 'build-your-own-burger' served with handcut chips
All our food is cooked using fresh ingredients and passion. We pride ourselves on the high quality food that we produce and believe that our customer experiences restuarant food at pub prices.
We serve three different menus throughout the day:
- a ’grab the prefect’ LUNCH menu
Monday to Friday 12noon to 3pm
Saturday 12noon to 4pm
- a delicious and reasonable PRE-THEATRE menu (2 courses £8; 3 courses £10)
Monday to Friday 12 noon to 3pm & 5 to 7pm
Saturday 12noon to 4pm & 5 to 7pm
Sunday 12:30 to 7pm
- a more substantial DINNER menu,
Monday to Thursday 5pm to 9pm
Friday and Saturday 5pm to 9:30pm
Sunday 12:30pm to 9pm
Plus obviously desserts and snacks. Our meals range from crispy lemon battered fish and handcut chips, slow braised pork shoulder to warm Puy lentil salad with roast butternut squash. Thankfully we’ve managed to keep our mussels on the menu – they are caught from different areas around Scotland to ensure the freshest quality.
Not to forget our famous – Build Your Own Burger. A choice of 3 burgers, 4 cheeses, 5 toppings and 6 dips. How many items can you handle?!
We change the menus at least 4 times a year to reflect the changes in seasons and the availability of seasonal fresh food [click on the name above to view the latest menu].
At present our Dinner, Lunch and Pre-Theatre menus are on the AUTUMN 2012 menu – check you have the correct one before choosing!! We will also do special meals during the year (such as Hogmannay, Burn’s night, Shrove Tuesday etc) so look out for posters or special front page posts on our website.
