The Reverie will be hosting a number of Scottish Nights on Tuesdays during August.
The night will consist of:
- 4 course menu with the food locally sourced from within Scotland
- 4 whisky tasting around the 4 whisky regions of Scotland
- Live Scottish folk music
The whisky tasting will include vivid descriptions of each whisky with explanations on how the whisky complements your food. It’s for those who either love whisky or would like to try some!
The Scottish Night menu is as follows:
Smoked Salmon on savoury shortbread with horseradish cream and griddled lemon.

Chicken supreme stuffed with Stornoway Black Pudding wrapped in smoked streaky bacon and served on creamy spinach clapshot mash with roasted carrots and neeps.

Raspberry Cranachan – classic pudding of whipped cream, heather honey, toasted oats with nuts and fresh sweet raspberries.

Selection of Scottish cheeses with homemade chutney and oak cakes.
