The Reverie is becoming known in Edinburgh for the place to listen to live music. The atmosphere is inviting and the music varied and entertaining.

Folk Night
Every Tuesday Reverie hosts folk night, where folk musicians come to the pub and play. This in turn means that every week is different, with different musicians and musical instruments. Instruments range from fiddles, penny whistles, Irish drum, Northumberland bagpipes and guitars. There are a number of very talented and well known musicians who visit the pub, so it is becoming one of the places in Edinburgh to experience a good night of folk.

Jazz Night
Every other Sunday there is live jazz at the Reverie, care of the Diplomats of Jazz. Edinburgh veterans in the jazz scene, they are a “national treasure” who share a love of the classic jazz orchestras of the twenties and thirties. They ooze passion and great emotional power.
